Different concentrations of nutrient media were used. Among them, the explants cultured on MS media supplemented with IAA 2.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1 + NAA 1.0 mg L-1 required the least time (19.55 days) to regenerate. The next response was observed at the concentration of MS + IAA 1.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1 and recorded the benchmark days to regenerate (26.67 days) under MS + IAA 2.5 mg L-1 and MS + IAA 1.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1.

Results with diverse concentrations revealed that the highest shoot length (15.90 cm) was archived under MS + IAA 2.5 mg L-1 + BAP 3.5 mg L-1 + NAA 2.5 mg L-1, followed by 14.05 cm under MS + IAA 1.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1, while the lowest shoot length (8.47 cm) was recorded under MS + IAA 2.5 mg L-1 + BAP 3.5 mg L-1 + NAA 2.5 mg L-1.

Results from different concentrations revealed that more leaves were obtained (7.33) under the MS + IAA 2.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1 + NAA 1.0 mg L-1 concentration, followed by 6.89 under the MS + IAA 1.00 mg L-1 + BAP 2.00 mg L-1 group, while fewer leaves were registered (3.89) under the MS + IAA 2.5 mg L-1 + BAP 3.5 mg L-1 + NAA 2.5 mg L-1 concentration.

The maximum number of roots was reached (24.11) under the combination of MS ½ + IBA 2.00 mg L-1 + IAA 3.00 mg L-1 + sucrose 75 g L-1, followed by 21.55 under MS ½ + IBA 2.00 mg L-1 + IAA 3.00 mg L-1 + sucrose 70 g L-1, while the least number of roots (14.77) was observed under MS ½ + IBA 2.00 mg L-1 + IAA 3.00 mg L-1 + sucrose 70 g L-1.
