πŸ“œ Promoting Ethical, Transparent and Responsible Scholarly Publishing

Global Scholar Publications is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics, research integrity, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication across its publishing activities. As a scholarly publisher supporting international peer-reviewed open access journals, Global Scholar Publications expects authors, reviewers, editors, editorial board members, and publishing staff to follow responsible practices throughout the research and publication process.

This Publication Ethics Policy establishes the ethical principles and responsibilities that apply across the journals published by Global Scholar Publications. The policy promotes originality, honest research reporting, fair editorial assessment, confidential peer review, responsible authorship, appropriate disclosure of competing interests, protection of intellectual property, and accurate maintenance of the scholarly record. The publisher encourages adherence to internationally recognized principles of publication ethics and responsible research communication.

🎯 Purpose of the Publication Ethics Policy

The purpose of this Publication Ethics Policy is to establish clear ethical expectations for all participants involved in the publication process at Global Scholar Publications. Ethical publishing strengthens confidence in scholarly communication, protects the integrity of research, supports responsible academic practice, and helps ensure that published information remains reliable and useful to the international research community.

Global Scholar Publications considers publication ethics a shared responsibility. Authors, reviewers, editors, editorial board members, and the publisher each have distinct responsibilities in protecting research integrity and maintaining a trustworthy scholarly record. Compliance with this policy helps prevent research misconduct, supports fair editorial evaluation, and provides appropriate procedures for addressing ethical concerns before and after publication.

Each journal may maintain additional discipline-specific instructions, editorial procedures, and ethical requirements. Where a journal-specific policy establishes a more detailed requirement for a particular research area, authors and editorial participants are expected to comply with that requirement in addition to this publisher-level Publication Ethics Policy.

βš–οΈ Core Principles of Publication Ethics

The publication activities of Global Scholar Publications are guided by fundamental principles of responsible scholarly publishing. These principles apply to manuscripts and published articles across the publisher's journal portfolio regardless of discipline, institution, funding source, or country of origin.

  • Research Integrity
    Research should be conducted and reported honestly, accurately, and responsibly without fabrication, falsification, selective reporting, or inappropriate manipulation of findings.
  • Originality
    Manuscripts should represent original scholarly work and must not be simultaneously submitted to multiple journals or previously published without appropriate disclosure and justification.
  • Transparency
    Authors should accurately report research methods, data, analytical approaches, limitations, funding sources, ethical approvals, and relevant competing interests.
  • Fair Editorial Assessment
    Editorial decisions should be based on academic merit, originality, relevance, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and contribution to the relevant field.
  • Confidentiality
    Manuscripts, peer review reports, editorial communications, and unpublished research information must be handled confidentially.
  • Accountability
    Authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher share responsibility for maintaining ethical publishing practices and correcting the scholarly record when necessary.
  • Editorial Independence
    Editorial decisions must remain independent of commercial, financial, institutional, personal, or other inappropriate influence.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”¬ Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to journals published by Global Scholar Publications are expected to follow responsible research and publication practices. Submission of a manuscript indicates that the authors accept responsibility for the accuracy, originality, ethical compliance, and appropriate attribution of the submitted work.

βœ” Original Research

Authors must submit original scholarly work developed through ethical research practices. Material obtained from other sources must be appropriately cited and acknowledged, and permission should be obtained where required for copyrighted material.

βœ” Accurate Reporting

Research findings must be reported honestly and accurately. Authors must not fabricate, falsify, selectively manipulate, or misleadingly present data, results, images, figures, tables, or other research outputs.

βœ” Proper Citation

Authors are responsible for accurately acknowledging the work of other researchers through appropriate citations and references. Citations should be relevant and included for legitimate scholarly reasons rather than to manipulate citation metrics.

βœ” Multiple or Duplicate Submission

A manuscript submitted to a journal published by Global Scholar Publications must not simultaneously be under consideration by another journal. Duplicate publication, redundant publication, and simultaneous submission are considered unethical publication practices.

βœ” Authorship Integrity

Authorship should reflect genuine intellectual and scholarly contributions. All listed authors should approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission and publication. Individuals who do not meet appropriate authorship criteria should not be included as authors.

βœ” Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

Authors should disclose financial, institutional, professional, academic, personal, or other relationships that could influence or reasonably appear to influence the research or its interpretation.

βœ” Ethical Approval and Compliance

Where applicable, authors must obtain appropriate ethical approval, informed consent, institutional permission, regulatory authorization, or other required approvals before conducting and submitting research involving humans, animals, confidential information, regulated materials, or other ethically sensitive subjects.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Ethical Responsibilities of Editors

Editors of journals published by Global Scholar Publications are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are evaluated fairly, confidentially, independently, and according to the applicable journal's editorial policies. Editorial decisions should consider academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution.

βœ” Fair and Impartial Evaluation

Editors should evaluate manuscripts without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, ethnicity, religion, political views, professional status, geographical location, or other irrelevant personal characteristics.

βœ” Editorial Independence

Editors should make editorial decisions independently of commercial, financial, institutional, personal, or other inappropriate influence. Publication charges, advertising, sponsorship, business arrangements, or publisher interests must not determine the scholarly decision on a manuscript.

βœ” Confidentiality of Submitted Manuscripts

Editors must protect the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and associated communications. Manuscript information should only be shared with individuals directly involved in the editorial and peer review process or where disclosure is required for legitimate ethical or legal reasons.

βœ” Selection of Qualified Reviewers

Editors should select reviewers with appropriate subject expertise and relevant research experience. Reviewers should be capable of providing objective, constructive, professional, timely, and confidential assessments.

βœ” Management of Conflicts of Interest

Editors must identify and appropriately manage conflicts of interest. An editor should withdraw from handling a manuscript when a personal, professional, financial, institutional, or academic relationship could compromise impartiality.

βœ” Protection of Reviewer Independence

Editors should ensure that reviewer recommendations are considered objectively and that reviewers are not subjected to inappropriate influence. The final editorial decision remains the responsibility of the appropriate editor.

βœ” Timely Editorial Decisions

Editors should make reasonable efforts to complete manuscript screening, peer review coordination, revisions, and editorial decisions without unnecessary delay while maintaining appropriate standards of quality and ethical review.

βœ” Handling Ethical Complaints

Editors must take allegations of plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, citation manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, unethical research, manipulated peer review, and other forms of misconduct seriously and handle them fairly and confidentially.

πŸ‘¨β€βš–οΈ Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

Peer reviewers contribute significantly to the quality and integrity of research published by Global Scholar Publications. Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, respectfully, confidentially, and within the agreed review period.

βœ” Objective and Constructive Review

Reviewers should assess manuscripts based on research quality, originality, methodology, accuracy, clarity, relevance, and scholarly contribution. Comments should be evidence-based, specific, professional, and constructive.

βœ” Respectful Communication

Reviewer reports must not contain insulting, discriminatory, hostile, or personally directed remarks. Criticism should focus on the manuscript, research methods, interpretation, presentation, or scholarly contribution.

βœ” Reviewer Confidentiality

Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents. They must not share, reproduce, distribute, discuss, or use unpublished information obtained through peer review for personal, academic, commercial, or competitive advantage.

βœ” Disclosure of Reviewer Conflicts

Reviewers should decline an assignment when a conflict of interest could interfere with an impartial assessment. Potential conflicts may arise from recent collaboration, institutional relationships, personal disputes, financial interests, academic competition, or close involvement with the research.

βœ” Identification of Relevant Literature

Reviewers may identify important research that authors have overlooked. However, reviewers must not request unnecessary citations to their own publications or recommend references solely to increase citation counts.

βœ” Reporting Suspected Misconduct

Reviewers should confidentially notify the editor when they identify credible concerns involving plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, manipulated images, unethical research, undisclosed conflicts, compromised peer review, or other serious misconduct.

βœ” Timely Completion of Reviews

Reviewers should accept assignments only when they can complete them within the specified period. If circumstances prevent timely completion, the editor should be informed as soon as possible.

πŸ›οΈ Ethical Responsibilities of the Publisher

Global Scholar Publications supports the editorial teams of its journals in maintaining independent, transparent, ethical, and reliable publishing processes. The publisher is responsible for establishing appropriate publishing infrastructure, supporting editorial integrity, protecting the scholarly record, and ensuring that editorial decisions remain under the authority of qualified editors.

βœ” Protection of Editorial Independence

The publisher must not interfere with editorial decisions for financial, commercial, personal, institutional, or other inappropriate reasons. Manuscript decisions should be based on academic merit, peer review, ethical compliance, and relevance to the applicable journal.

βœ” Maintenance of the Scholarly Record

Global Scholar Publications supports appropriate corrections, retractions, withdrawals, expressions of concern, and article updates when necessary. Changes to the published record should be clearly documented and linked to the original article whenever technically possible.

βœ” Publication Transparency

The publisher aims to provide clear information regarding journal ownership, editorial policies, peer review procedures, publication charges, copyright, licensing, access conditions, and author responsibilities.

βœ” Digital Preservation and Accessibility

Global Scholar Publications should take reasonable measures to support the long-term availability, discoverability, accessibility, and preservation of published scholarly content in accordance with applicable journal policies.

βœ” Protection Against Unethical Publishing Practices

The publisher supports journal editors in preventing plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated or compromised peer review, citation manipulation, fraudulent authorship, data falsification, image manipulation, and other practices that may damage the integrity of scholarly communication.

πŸ” Editorial Screening and Decision Process

Manuscripts submitted to journals published by Global Scholar Publications may undergo an initial editorial screening before peer review. Screening helps determine whether a manuscript falls within the journal's scope, meets basic academic and technical requirements, demonstrates sufficient originality, and complies with applicable ethical and submission requirements.

A manuscript may be returned to the authors, sent for correction, or rejected before peer review when it:

  • falls outside the scope of the relevant journal;
  • does not meet minimum academic or technical standards;
  • contains substantial plagiarism or unattributed material;
  • has been published previously or submitted simultaneously elsewhere;
  • does not provide required ethical declarations or approvals;
  • contains unreliable, fabricated, falsified, or manipulated information;
  • does not follow the journal's manuscript preparation requirements;
  • raises serious concerns regarding authorship, data integrity, research conduct, or competing interests.

Manuscripts that successfully complete editorial screening may be assigned to independent reviewers. Reviewer recommendations are considered carefully but do not automatically determine the final decision. Editors may request revisions, obtain additional expert assessments, reject a manuscript, or accept it when the work meets the applicable scholarly and ethical requirements.

πŸ” Confidentiality During Editorial and Peer Review

Global Scholar Publications treats unpublished manuscripts and associated editorial records as confidential. Editors, reviewers, editorial assistants, and other individuals involved in manuscript processing must not disclose manuscript information to unauthorized persons.

Unpublished research findings, data, methods, figures, technical information, experimental results, software concepts, designs, or other intellectual content obtained through the editorial process must not be used for personal research, commercial development, competitive benefit, or professional advantage without appropriate authorization from the authors.

Confidentiality obligations continue after a reviewer declines an invitation, a manuscript is rejected, a review is completed, or the editorial process has concluded.

⚠️ Conflicts of Interest and Competing Interests

A conflict of interest exists when personal, financial, professional, academic, institutional, or commercial relationships could influenceβ€”or reasonably appear to influenceβ€”the conduct, evaluation, interpretation, or publication of research.

Authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial board members are expected to disclose relevant competing interests. Disclosure does not automatically prevent publication or participation in the editorial process; rather, it allows the relevant journal to evaluate and manage the situation transparently.

Possible conflicts may include:

  • employment, consultancy, advisory, or financial relationships;
  • research funding, sponsorship, grants, or equipment support;
  • patent ownership, licensing interests, or commercial applications;
  • recent academic collaboration or institutional affiliation;
  • personal relationships or professional disputes;
  • direct competition in the same research area;
  • editorial responsibility for a manuscript written by a colleague, student, supervisor, or close collaborator.

Where an editor has a conflict of interest, responsibility for the manuscript should be transferred to another qualified editor whenever reasonably possible.

πŸ›‘οΈ Research Integrity and Ethical Oversight

Global Scholar Publications expects submitted research to comply with applicable institutional, national, professional, and legal standards. Authors are responsible for obtaining required ethical approval, informed consent, regulatory authorization, institutional permission, or other documentation before conducting and submitting relevant research.

A journal may request supporting documentation when a manuscript involves:

  • human participants or identifiable personal information;
  • animal experimentation;
  • confidential institutional, industrial, or government data;
  • hazardous materials or regulated technologies;
  • field studies requiring environmental, community, or institutional permission;
  • security-sensitive systems or restricted technical information;
  • surveys, interviews, case studies, or observational research involving individuals.

When ethical approval is not required under applicable rules, authors may be asked to provide an appropriate explanation. Misrepresentation of ethical approval, participant consent, institutional permission, or regulatory compliance may result in manuscript rejection or appropriate post-publication action.

🚫 Research Misconduct and Unethical Publication Practices

Global Scholar Publications does not tolerate research misconduct or unethical publication practices. Any action that intentionally misrepresents research, authorship, data, peer review, citations, ethical compliance, or the publication process may be investigated by the relevant journal and publisher.

Research misconduct may occur before submission, during peer review, after acceptance, or following publication. Ethical concerns may be raised by editors, reviewers, readers, institutions, authors, research participants, funders, or other parties with relevant information or evidence.

Examples of misconduct include:

  • fabrication or invention of research data, observations, experiments, or results;
  • falsification, alteration, suppression, or selective presentation of data;
  • plagiarism, unattributed copying, or inappropriate reuse of published material;
  • duplicate submission, redundant publication, or simultaneous submission;
  • guest authorship, honorary authorship, ghost authorship, or exclusion of legitimate contributors;
  • manipulation of citations or inappropriate pressure to cite specific publications;
  • fabricated, compromised, or manipulated peer review;
  • undisclosed conflicts of interest;
  • misrepresentation of ethical approval, consent, funding, affiliation, or institutional permission;
  • inappropriate manipulation of images, figures, tables, graphs, or other research outputs;
  • use of confidential manuscript information for personal or commercial advantage;
  • submission of misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent declarations.

When credible concerns arise, the relevant journal or publisher may request explanations, original data, ethical approval documents, authorship statements, image files, technical records, correspondence, or other supporting material. Failure to cooperate with a reasonable ethical inquiry may influence editorial or post-publication action.

πŸ“„ Plagiarism and Unattributed Content

Manuscripts submitted to journals published by Global Scholar Publications must be original and properly referenced. Authors are responsible for ensuring that words, ideas, methods, data, figures, tables, software outputs, and other intellectual contributions from existing sources are appropriately acknowledged.

Plagiarism may include:

  • copying text without appropriate citation or quotation;
  • closely paraphrasing another source without acknowledgment;
  • presenting another researcher's idea, data, method, figure, or conclusion as original;
  • reusing previously published content without transparent citation;
  • translating published material from another language without attribution;
  • using copyrighted content without required authorization;
  • submitting content created by another person while claiming authorship.

Similarity alone does not necessarily establish plagiarism. References, standard terminology, commonly used methods, institutional names, and unavoidable discipline-specific expressions may contribute to textual similarity. Editors should consider the nature, extent, location, and context of overlapping material before taking appropriate action.

Depending on the seriousness of the concern, the relevant journal may request revision, reject the manuscript, suspend editorial processing, contact the authors' institution, or take appropriate post-publication action.

πŸ” Duplicate Submission and Redundant Publication

Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to a journal published by Global Scholar Publications and another journal. A manuscript should remain under consideration by only one journal at a time.

Redundant publication occurs when substantially similar research is published more than once without clear disclosure, justification, citation, or appropriate editorial permission. This may include repeated publication of substantially the same data, analysis, figures, conclusions, or study population with only minor changes.

Secondary publication may be considered only in limited circumstances when it is ethically justified, transparently disclosed, appropriately cited, and approved by the relevant editors and rights holders.

πŸ“Š Data Accuracy, Availability and Research Records

Authors should maintain accurate research records and preserve underlying data for a reasonable period in accordance with applicable institutional, disciplinary, legal, contractual, and funding requirements.

A journal may request original or supporting data when necessary to:

  • verify reported results;
  • investigate concerns regarding fabrication or falsification;
  • assess statistical or technical inconsistencies;
  • clarify discrepancies between text, tables, figures, or supplementary files;
  • evaluate corrections, retractions, or other post-publication updates.

Research data should not be selectively removed, altered, concealed, or presented in a misleading manner. Authors should describe exclusions, missing data, transformations, preprocessing, and analytical decisions sufficiently to support reliable interpretation.

Where data cannot be shared because of privacy, confidentiality, legal, contractual, security, commercial, or ethical restrictions, authors should explain the limitation transparently.

πŸ–ΌοΈ Image, Figure and Graph Integrity

Images, figures, graphs, diagrams, technical illustrations, and other visual research outputs must accurately represent the underlying research. Adjustments intended to improve clarity may be acceptable only when they do not alter, obscure, remove, exaggerate, or misrepresent relevant information.

Unacceptable practices may include:

  • adding, deleting, moving, or duplicating visual elements;
  • combining images without clear separation or explanation;
  • adjusting brightness, contrast, scale, or color in a misleading manner;
  • reusing the same image to represent different experiments or conditions;
  • cropping images to conceal relevant findings;
  • presenting simulated, generated, or modified images as authentic research evidence;
  • altering graphs or axes to exaggerate or minimize observed effects.

A journal may request original image files, raw outputs, metadata, or related records when concerns arise. Any acceptable enhancement or composite presentation should be described transparently in the figure legend, methods section, or other appropriate part of the manuscript.

πŸ‘₯ Authorship and Contributor Disputes

Authorship should reflect genuine intellectual and scholarly contribution. All listed authors should approve the submitted manuscript and accept responsibility for their respective contributions.

Authorship concerns may involve:

  • omission of a legitimate contributor;
  • addition of an individual who did not make a qualifying contribution;
  • disagreement regarding author order;
  • unauthorized submission by one contributor;
  • changes to authorship after submission or acceptance;
  • misrepresentation of contributor roles.

Global Scholar Publications does not determine legal ownership of research or resolve institutional employment disputes. Where authors cannot reach agreement, the relevant journal may suspend editorial processing and request clarification or a formal determination from the appropriate institution.

Requests to add, remove, or reorder authors should be supported by a clear explanation and appropriate written agreement from all affected authors. Changes after acceptance or publication may require additional review and formal correction.

πŸ’° Funding, Sponsorship and Competing Interests

Authors should identify funding sources, sponsorship, institutional support, equipment support, commercial involvement, or other assistance relevant to the research. Authors should also disclose whether a funder influenced the study design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, manuscript preparation, or decision to publish.

Transparent disclosure allows editors and readers to assess whether external relationships could reasonably affect the research or its interpretation. The existence of funding or a competing interest does not automatically prevent publication, but failure to disclose a relevant relationship may result in editorial action.

πŸ“š Citation Ethics and Citation Manipulation

References should be selected because they are relevant, reliable, and necessary to explain the research context. Authors must not include citations solely to increase the citation count of a particular author, journal, institution, or research group.

Editors and reviewers must not pressure authors to add irrelevant citations. Suggestions for additional references should be based on genuine scholarly value, methodological relevance, or the need to acknowledge important prior work.

Coordinated citation exchanges, excessive self-citation, citation cartels, and other forms of citation manipulation are inconsistent with the Publication Ethics Policy of Global Scholar Publications.

πŸ§‘β€βš–οΈ Handling Allegations of Misconduct

Ethical concerns submitted to Global Scholar Publications or one of its journals should be specific, evidence-based, and made in good faith. Anonymous concerns may be considered when sufficient information is provided to support a fair assessment.

The relevant journal or publisher may follow these steps when evaluating an allegation:

  1. conduct an initial assessment of the concern and available evidence;
  2. determine whether the allegation falls within the journal's or publisher's responsibility;
  3. contact the author, reviewer, editor, or other relevant party for clarification;
  4. request original data, declarations, approvals, correspondence, or supporting records;
  5. consult additional experts or editorial board members where appropriate;
  6. contact an institution, research office, funder, ethics committee, or other responsible organization when necessary;
  7. determine whether correction, rejection, retraction, withdrawal, expression of concern, or no further action is appropriate.

Allegations should be handled confidentially, impartially, and without unnecessary delay. An allegation does not by itself establish misconduct. Decisions should be based on available evidence, the seriousness of the concern, and the potential impact on the scholarly record.

πŸ“’ Complaints and Appeals

Authors, reviewers, readers, institutions, and other stakeholders may submit complaints regarding editorial conduct, peer review, ethical handling, published content, or journal procedures. Complaints should clearly identify the issue and provide relevant supporting information where available.

Authors may also appeal an editorial decision when they believe that a significant factual misunderstanding, procedural error, or overlooked evidence affected the outcome. An appeal should clearly explain the grounds and should not merely repeat arguments that have already been considered.

Where appropriate, a complaint or appeal may be reviewed by an editor who was not directly responsible for the original decision. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reconsideration, external review, or acceptance.

✏️ Corrections and Article Updates

When an error is identified in a published article, the relevant journal will consider whether the issue affects interpretation, accuracy, attribution, discoverability, or the integrity of the scholarly record.

Minor errors that do not affect the meaning of an article may be corrected when appropriate. More substantial errors may require a formal correction notice linked to the published article.

Corrections should:

  • identify the affected article clearly;
  • describe the error and corrected information;
  • avoid obscuring the original publication history;
  • remain accessible as part of the permanent scholarly record.

β›” Retractions and Expressions of Concern

Retraction may be considered when published findings are unreliable because of fabrication, falsification, serious error, unethical research, plagiarism, duplicate publication, compromised peer review, or another major breach of publication ethics.

A retraction notice should explain the reason for the action and remain linked to the original article. Retracted content should generally remain accessible and clearly marked so that the publication history of the scholarly record is preserved.

An expression of concern may be issued when serious questions exist but available evidence is incomplete, disputed, or still under investigation. The notice may later be replaced or supplemented by a correction, retraction, or other editorial update.

πŸ“€ Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript by providing a clear reason and obtaining agreement from all listed authors. Withdrawal requests should normally be submitted promptly and before publication.

Withdrawal does not erase concerns related to duplicate submission, plagiarism, fabricated information, authorship disputes, or other ethical issues identified during editorial processing. The relevant journal or publisher may retain necessary records and continue an ethical inquiry where appropriate.

πŸ› οΈ Enforcement of the Publication Ethics Policy

Actions taken in response to an ethical concern will depend on the seriousness, evidence, timing, and potential impact of the matter. Possible actions include:

  • requesting clarification or supporting documents;
  • requiring manuscript revision;
  • rejecting or withdrawing a manuscript;
  • suspending editorial processing;
  • removing a reviewer or editor from a particular manuscript;
  • issuing a correction, retraction, or expression of concern;
  • restricting future submissions for a defined period where appropriate;
  • contacting an institution, funder, ethics committee, or relevant authority;
  • correcting journal records and publication metadata.

Editorial and publishing actions are intended to protect the integrity of the scholarly record and should be based on evidence and the circumstances of each matter rather than imposed without appropriate assessment.

πŸ”’ Protection of Whistleblowers and Good-Faith Reporting

Individuals who report ethical concerns in good faith should provide accurate information and avoid malicious, misleading, retaliatory, or knowingly false allegations. Global Scholar Publications will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of individuals raising legitimate concerns, subject to legal, procedural, or investigative requirements.

Knowingly false allegations, harassment, intimidation, or misuse of the complaints process may themselves be treated as unethical conduct.

🌐 Maintaining the Integrity of the Scholarly Record

The primary purpose of this Publication Ethics Policy is to ensure that research published through Global Scholar Publications remains accurate, transparent, reliable, and useful to the international academic and research community.

Authors, reviewers, editors, institutions, and the publisher share responsibility for identifying errors, correcting the literature, disclosing relevant information, and cooperating with ethical inquiries. Responsible post-publication action strengthens scholarly communication because it demonstrates accountability and protects readers from unreliable or misleading information.

🌟 Why the Publication Ethics Policy Matters

A clear and consistently applied Publication Ethics Policy helps protect authors, reviewers, editors, readers, institutions, and the wider research community. It establishes expectations for fair manuscript evaluation, responsible research reporting, confidential peer review, transparent declarations, and appropriate handling of ethical concerns.

For Global Scholar Publications, publication ethics are fundamental to maintaining confidence in the journals within its portfolio. Ethical scholarly communication enables researchers, educators, professionals, policymakers, students, and other readers to make informed decisions based on research that has been responsibly prepared, evaluated, and published.

  • promote honest research reporting and responsible authorship;
  • protect the confidentiality and independence of peer review;
  • prevent plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and duplicate publication;
  • manage conflicts of interest transparently;
