Global Scholar Publications provides editorial handling, manuscript screening, peer review coordination, communication support, technical processing, and online publication services as part of its publication workflow. Since these services involve administrative, editorial, and technical efforts, cancellation and refund requests are considered according to the stage of manuscript processing and the services already delivered.
🧾 When Payment Is Requested
Article Processing Charges (APC) are requested after the editorial decision is communicated to the author. Authors are expected to make payment only after receiving the relevant publication decision and payment instructions from the editorial office.
🚫 Cancellation After Editorial Processing
If an author wishes to cancel publication after the manuscript has entered editorial evaluation, peer review coordination, technical processing, acceptance workflow, DOI preparation, typesetting, or publication scheduling, cancellation may not qualify for a refund because publication services may already have been initiated or completed.
Once substantial editorial or production work has been carried out, Global Scholar Publications reserves the right to treat the paid amount as non-refundable.

- 📨 If delay occurs due to incomplete files, delayed author response, or author-side communication issues
💳 Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If an author makes a duplicate payment or clearly incorrect excess payment by mistake, the matter may be reviewed after verification. Where appropriate, the extra amount may be adjusted or refunded through a suitable payment method, subject to administrative review and confirmation.
📩 How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review
Authors who wish to request manuscript cancellation or refund review should contact the publisher with complete details, including manuscript title, author name, journal name, payment information, and the reason for the request. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of cancellation or refund.
